Introducing Vista AI V1: Private Organizational Intelligence, Live on Your ARCs

Vista AI V1 is live. For the first time, your organization can query a certified ARC Container directly — asking questions, surfacing context, and extracting intelligence from the record itself. This is not a general-purpose assistant trained on the open internet. Vista AI is your organization's private AI engine trained only on your verified ARC data. Every response traces back to a specific ARC document, with a cryptographic chain you can present in court or to a regulator.

What Vista AI V1 Does

Most enterprise AI deployments route your documents to a third-party model — your contracts, your board materials, your audit records — processed on infrastructure your organization does not control, by a model trained on data that is not yours. The inference may be useful. The provenance is not defensible.

Vista AI is different. It only operates on data that has been tokenized, structured, and permanently recorded inside your Archivista instance as a certified Authentic Record Container. V1 introduces an independent chat context per ARC: each conversation is scoped to that record alone. No cross-ARC sharing. No bleed between matters, clients, or compliance contexts. Private content stays within the chat — only public ARC data is transmitted to any third-party layer. The result is ARC-grounded intelligence your compliance officer can stand behind.

Getting Started

Vista AI V1 is available today on Arc Box Platform for organizations with certified ARC Containers. Access is granted per wallet — navigate to the Enterprise Admin Console and request access for your wallet, or contact your Archivista account representative. Once enabled, open any certified ARC and select the Vista AI panel to begin your first conversation. Setup takes under five minutes.
