Vista AI — Now Available Platform-Wide

Two updates shipped on April 29 that expand access to your Private Organizational Intelligence Layer and strengthen the storage governance that underpins it.

What This Release Does

Since Vista AI V1 launched in March, access was provisioned per wallet — a controlled rollout designed to validate stability before broader availability. That gate is now open. Vista AI is available to all users on the platform, without wallet-level restrictions. Every user with access to a certified ARC Container can now query it directly through Vista AI — grounded exclusively in your ARC-verified data, with no cross-ARC sharing and no data leaving your perimeter.

Alongside this expansion, Archivista now enforces upload size limits per plan and account at the ingestion layer. Unlike public cloud storage services that absorb overages silently and bill retroactively, Arc Box Platform enforces capacity at the point of upload. Your Vault statistics for ingestion-created drafts remain consistent and accurate. Compliance officers and administrators get a storage picture they can rely on.

Key Capabilities

• Universal Vista AI access — All platform users can now interact with certified ARC Containers through Vista AI, with the same ARC-grounded, privacy-by-default guarantees that governed wallet-restricted access.
• Plan-level storage enforcement — Upload size limits are now enforced per plan and account during ingestion, preventing capacity overruns before they affect your Vault.
• Consistent Vault statistics — Storage caps applied at ingestion ensure that draft records created through the ingestion flow are accurately reflected in Vault capacity reporting.
• Cost-aligned storage governance — Enforced limits keep Arc Storage consumption in line with your organization's allocated capacity, eliminating silent overages.
• No change to privacy guarantees — Expanded Vista AI access inherits the same boundary: only public ARC data is transmitted to any third-party layer; private content stays within the chat.

Getting Started

Vista AI is available today to all users on Arc Box Platform — no configuration required. Open any certified ARC Container and select the Vista AI panel to begin. Storage cap enforcement is active immediately across all plans; administrators can review current allocation and usage from the Enterprise Admin Console under Vault Settings → Storage.
